This modern small guest house design in Beverly hills, California show beautiful “nature-inspired sculptural retreat” with the plants in a canyon of trees, furniture and elements of the green. The exterior is clad in colored fiber cement green panels and make the biggest statement, with both a playful street presence and a respect for nature. This modern green house designed by Aleks Istanbullu Architects, the building that serves as home to the guests with a parallel rectangular-shaped volume. Include of a kitchen, a bedroom and bath, and double-height library with 16-foot-tall bookshelves.
Avalon House – House Concept with Unpretentious and Modest by Fox Johnston Architects

The Avalon house designed by Fox Johnston Architects, house concept with unpretentious and modest, allowing a greater connection to the garden and outdoor spaces while opening the views, letting in as much light as possible. The Avalon house bedroom and bathroom wing was attached to the rear, with a new kitchen, dining and living area inserted into the existing shell, opening onto a north-east facing deck. Internal and external walls were designed with versatility, allowing cross breezes as required.

The Johanna House is designed by Nicholas Burns on the 100 acres site of pristine bush land located on Johanna beach, Victoria, Australia. The house made of glass, steel, concrete and rammed earth and has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. Big glass sliding wall doors help to connect indoors and outdoors all around the house and capture stunning views of the ocean and the bushâs flora and fauna. The most amazing feature of houseâs interior design is the impressive fireplace that is placed in the centre of the living area.
