Architects Alan Chu & Cristiano Kato have designed the a house in Sao Paulo, SP, Brazil. Called Office Refurbishment, the property with 450 sqm of covered area was a house that has been adapted to be an administration office.
The area that will be most affected by the project is concentrated, apart from the facade, the top floor of the building, where the private area of the house used to be.
The closures are of white serigraphed glass up to 2.30 m high, and above it transparent glass next to the capstone to give continuity to the ceiling’s design.
The location of the rooms allowed the middle of building to be only one space occupied by the access stairs, circulation passages, bathrooms and 4 work stations intended as individual territories.
