This luxury Sanctuary lake house built on 10,000 square feet area, the quare-foot contemporary waterfront home in Louisiana designed by architect Mike McSwain Architect of Shreveport, Louisiana. This house is comprised of a yin and yang of materials smooth and rough, contemporary and classic. Exterior cladding is a combination of long black brick, aluminum and curtain wall of clear low-e insulated glazing panels. Water in front and back consisting of a shallow cypress tree lake in the rear and large pond in front. The pond contains a sculptured pavilion which matches the geometry of the house and is framed by a concrete stacked archway when viewed from the front door. The house features three bedrooms suites each with full bath, living room, custom eat-in kitchen, office room, conference room, large den with outdoor kitchen and seating area.
