The luxury House Ray 1 is a one of ultra modern structure located in Vienna, Austria, which has evolved not only from the exterior conditions but also out of the demand for a flowing internal spatial continuum. This luxury penthouse apartment designed by Delugan Meissl Associated Architects. The penthouse apartment equipped with a kitchen that is referred as “culinary cockpit” and a stairway that cantilevers from the side of the building, and ramp flooring that leads to the “living zone”, the family favorite and flow of interior spaces. This ultra modern structure has been seen by some as cold and impersonal within the surrounding context.

Called ‘White Space’ is an apartment located in Manhattan overlooking Central Park. The ‘White Space’ designed by HANRAHAN MEYERS Architects, built in a 1600 square foot area with minimalist white tones overlaid on rich materials like woods, natural metals, and glass tiles of the space interior – most of the ash has a white, shop-applied finish. The desired overall effect was to create a space of calm where the large pieces of free-form ash from ancient trees could float.

The other way for space saving solution on small apartment, the floating bedroom which can be placed at the place so as to fit out an open plan and elude the demand of an extra room by conceiving in the center of the volume a suspended white cube which generates comic and disconcerting use situations.

This former artist studio characterized by a difference in height which shares the volume from a simple to a fake double height (3.70 m under ceiling in the main room) had been originally marqued by a awkward mezzanine under which one couldn’t be up and had, to get on it, to pass through a small doorway managed into a separating wall existing between the 2 volumes. CB 30 – Apartment Building with Two-story House by Dellekamp Arquitectos

This building has 3 apartments looking to the street, as well as a two-story house in the back that looks into an indoor patio. There is a spectacular tree in front of the building, and a view to the Polanco Park. These conditions became the central design objective, the interior out to the street and the park. The facade responds to the principle of eliminating obstructions between the inside and outside areas, generating openness and continuity. The floor slabs and walls to the minimum, hiding the edges within the facade.

Residential Tower Design in Singapore by OMA

The Singapore tower design strategically maneuvers within the highly regulated building environment to maximize the full potential of the site: Four individual apartment towers are vertically offset from one another and suspended from a central core. The skyline of floating towers directly relates to the surrounding building volumes and explores the most attractive views towards the city center and an extensive green zone to the north.

The 153 meter tall Singapore tower will be located at the intersection of Scotts Road and Cairnhill Road, in close proximity to Orchard Road, Singapore’s famous shopping and lifestyle street. With 20,000 m2 of built floor area, the building will provide 68 high-end apartment units with panoramic views.
