Beast office interior design by Specht Harpman Architects

Specht Harpman have recently completed the contemporary office interior for a branch of a creative editing company, Beast – in the Austin, Texas, USA. The office interior designed with using steel-framed windows as partitions and rough-sawn wood for wall treatments, Specht Harpman designed an interior that embraces local heritage while creating an open, collaborative work environment.

This small expensive home designed by Frederico Zanelato Architects, located in Mogi das Cruzes, São Paulo, Brazil. This small expensive house namely is “SALC House”, the interior is modern, featuring contemporary decorating ideas and stylish furniture. Living room and kitchen are designed in an integrated and a grand opening this volume frames the green landscape. The bedrooms, playroom, office and bathrooms take the body back of the house forming a courtyard reserved for more family living activities. The only flat roof covering the dorms creates another volumetry which also houses the water tank.? Glass panels bring transparency. Ceramic coating the floor of the social areas, and masonry walls to receive plaster lath.

Veterinary Hospital Design by Carreno Sartori Architects

Carreno Sartori Architects designed the Veterinary Hospital with contemporary wood style in Santiago Metropolitan Park, Chile. Called Zoo Veterinary Hospital, the veterinary requirements and animal recovery rooms are designed with easy vehicle and stretchers access. A 50 cm. height base, separates the outside ground, setting a distance between a sterile interior and the pollution from a path that serves other uses. Second floor resolve the offices, laboratories and resident bedroom program.
The ground level has reduced natural light requirements, because many uses should be artificially illuminated. The gallery is lit naturally from the south and in the hospital area, it need a soft light for the animals recovery. There are a courts sequence that gives direct natural light and ventilation to recovery rooms.
